Be a Volunteer: Access to Healthy Food Initiative
1.5 million pounds of healthy food. Help us reach our goal.
More than 325,000 central Marylanders don’t have access to healthy food. Our Access to Healthy Food Initiative aims to change that by annually making 1.5 million pounds of healthy food easier to access for central Marylanders in need. We've already increased access to healthy food by 7.4 million pounds within the first 27 months of the initiative. Let's keep going!
Volunteer with us at these upcoming opportunities:
1. Organize a Healthy Food Drive
2. Volunteer with UWCM
- Volunteer as a Harvest Helper with UWCM's Families Living United group. Check our calendar for upcoming opportunities.
3. Get involved with one of our partners
