Congratulations to our Family Center grads!
We are bursting with pride for this year’s graduates of our Family Centers in Baltimore City!
Our Family Centers in the city provide free childcare, early childhood education, and support for parents. Because they’re based within high schools, parents don’t have to choose between continuing their education or caring for their children.
Our 10th graduating class included:
- 5 graduating seniors
- 3 will attend college
- 2 will attend vocational or trade school
- 100% of the students’ children are enrolled in programs to continue their early education
2021-2022 school year:
- 17 infants and toddlers served
- 25 teen parents served
- Since inception:
- 53 student parents have graduated

Poppleton Family Center (opened fall 2021)
Our very first class included:
- 3 graduating seniors
- 1 will attend college
- 2 will transition to the workplace
- 3 seniors will attend summer school to get their diplomas (We're rooting for them!)
- Many of their children are enrolled in programs to continue their early education
2021-2022 school year:
- 6 infants and 2 toddlers served
- 5 teen parents served
- 19 other student-parents receievd holistic support and resources
