This session is a Critical Medical Needs Program Certification (CMNP)/Utility Regulation training hosted by the State of Maryland Office of Home Energy Programs and Office of the People’s Counsel. Participants will learn how to apply, what to include, mistakes to avoid, how to log in as an agency versus an individual, how to expedite applications for clients and will receive a special certification that allows OHEP applications to be processed the same day for individuals who have critical medical needs.
