Erin Finnegan-Smith is a Baltimore native with 13 years of experience in workforce development. She is passionate about changing lives by creating career pathways and on-ramps to in-demand careers that offer family-sustaining wages. Her career includes a myriad of experiences, from working with youth to adult populations and individuals experiencing various barriers to employment. Erin is the Director of Workforce Development for Catholic Charities of Baltimore and is responsible for driving agency-wide workforce strategy. 

 She believes strongly in the power of nontraditional pathways to careers and opening doors to opportunities that were previously closed. Her experience includes working on a local and national level, operating an apprenticeship intermediary offering direct delivery, technical support, and management consultancy to employers and workforce agencies.
