Jon Law is a Program Manager for Associated Black Charities. He works on strategies for the development and advancement of Black worker-leaders and to move the Baltimore workforce and nonprofit ecosystem toward racial equity. He manages the Board Pipeline Leadership Development Program, where emerging Black leaders and leaders of color are connected with nonprofit boards needing new leaders. Jon also serves on the Board of Directors of GLSEN Maryland and is an organizer with the grassroots Baltimore Asian Resistance in Solidarity. His work focuses on understanding the complex and historical roots of oppression to build new systems and ways of living.
