Kristen Chappelle has been managing HabiCorps, an AmeriCorps workforce development landscaping and construction training program, at Habitat Chesapeake for 5 years. She has worked with approximately 65 men and women focusing on personal growth, development and stability through great work habits and the skills to support a long-lasting career in the trades. She has nearly 30 years of experience working to empower under-served and vulnerable members of Baltimore area communities through non-profit and social service programs.
