Kumasi Vines is the Director of Career Readiness department for Baltimore City Public Schools. In this role, he oversees the career preparedness programming for City Schools K-12 students, including Career and Technical Education pathways, work-based learning opportunities, and overall exploration and exposure to post-secondary options and success.

Mr. Vines earned his B.A. in Economics and African-American Studies from Northwestern University. He was a Robert F. Toigo Foundation Fellow while earning is M.B.A from Columbia Business School. Mr. Vines also holds a M.Ed. through The Broad Residency Fellowship.
