Magdalena Tagliaferro has served as the Director of Programs and Services at the Baltimore Alliance for Careers in Healthcare (BACH) since January 2022, after initially joining the organization as a program manager in 2017. As Director of Programs, Magdalena provides leadership in the development and implementation of healthcare workforce initiatives, including pre-employment training and apprenticeships, that link the Baltimore community with educational institutions and major healthcare employers. Prior to joining BACH, she worked at the Maryland Governor’s Office on Service and Volunteerism as the Senior Program Officer for Maryland AmeriCorps State and National.
