Mike Lewis is the Director of Workforce Development at City of Refuge Baltimore. He has a demonstrated passion for workforce development as the past ten years of his professional experiences have been in various roles supporting workforce development. Mike started as a Job Coach for a pilot program and immediately admired my responsibilities, from meeting employers and creating career portfolios to assisting job seekers with employment and facilitating workshops. He enjoys helping and assisting people in need.
