Minah Woo serves as the Vice President of Workforce, Innovation, and Strategic Partnerships at Howard Community College. In this role, she works closely with businesses and industry partners to foster partnerships, provide workforce talent development and training solutions. She also oversees the community educational programs, which include GED, English as a Second Language, World Languages, personal enrichment and 60+, adults with special needs, and Kids On Campus. She serves on various board positions, including the Association of Community Services, Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Howard County Board to Promote Self-Sufficiency, Leadership Howard County, Maryland Center for Construction Education and Innovation, and The 3rd, a non-profit to support Women of Color entrepreneurs.
