Patrice Kingsley serves as the Manager of the CareFirst Engagement Centers, working to improve the health and well-being of communities across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. She has been with CareFirst for eight years, supporting Health Services as a Community Health and Social Impact Advisor, a Strategic Business Consultant with Strategy and Planning, and a Program Manager for PCMH Operations. Patrice earned her Master of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration from The University of Maryland in College Park and her Bachelor in Political Science from North Carolina Central University. She serves as President of the Board of Bikemore, a transportation advocacy organization.
