Randi Woods, MS, MBA, RN is an innovative heart-centered nurse executive. She is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sisters Together and Reaching, Inc. STAR is a community-based organization, 501c (3), started 30 years ago at the height of the HIV epidemic. STAR provides care coordination services to the citizens of the Baltimore community utilizing a Community Health Worker model. Randi has built a strong reputation for helping practitioners show up and serve from a place of love and awareness. She serves as a bridge between community-based organizations and large health systems. Helping to design value add solutions that contribute to thriving communities.

Randi holds a dual Masters's in Health Services Leadership and Management and Business Administration from the University of Maryland and Merrick School of Business- University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University. She is former faculty at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, leads her consulting firm, The Art of Healthcare, and also serves on the Board for Healthcare for the Homeless
