Sr. Director, Clinical Case Management
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The United Way of Central Maryland aims to support residents in Central Maryland in living their best lives. As such, UWCM leads several socioemotional initiatives and provides case management to students, families and individuals to support their educational and economic goals. In accordance with the needs of the ages of the population served, the Sr. Director, Clinical Case Management responsible for the overall clinical oversight and coordination of clinical/case management support services. The roles and responsibilities may include the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% Implementation Oversight of High-Quality Clinical/Social Work Support Services
30% Community-Driven Approaches to Mental Wellness
20% UWCM Program Management
10% Processes and Procedures
INTERACTION (Internal and External):
Internal: Interacts with UWCM central staff on an occasionally basis and UWCM neighborhood staff on a regular basis; provides information as needed, participates on staff committee/team activities; develops cooperative and effective working relationships with Neighborhood Zone staff, including Impact Strategies team members and other UWCM colleagues.
External: Interacts with City Schools Engagement staff on a regular basis. Interacts with volunteers, staff and community partners, collaborators, and other organizations on a regular basis to respond to inquiries, provide technical assistance and community impact activities as assigned/identified.
