Keeping Kids on Track to Graduate High School
United Way’s On Track 4 Success program helps ensure students are on track for school success and high school graduation.
This innovative, efficient, data-driven program, operating in five United Way partner elementary and middle schools, uses a highly collaborative approach to support and engage school professionals.
Developed in partnership with Johns Hopkins University’s Everyone Graduates Center, On Track 4 Success elevates the use of common student data to identify and rapidly assist students who need academic, social-emotional, or basic needs support.

Results:
On Track 4 Success has delivered positive results at both the student and school level. Through a careful review of the data, the results show that the interventions result in statistically significant gains, and that the program effectively helps students get back on track for graduation and improves the overall school climate.
